The technology behind websites has come a long way over the past 10 years making it more affordable and easier to create.

Good design is always important when creating a website and it has never been so accessible as it is today. Website platforms have removed so many hurdles (server set up etc.,) that designers can now focus on the design and functionality of the actual website instead.

For the last 20 years I have to one effect or another been involved in design be it for a data company I founded, to an eco cabin I co-designed to websites more recently. My current forray into web design came by accident off the back of building and managing my wife’s business, Cotswold Candle Co., which has now become a business turning over six-figures in recent years.

As a result of this website I have been asked to design other businesses websites and that has now spread by word of mouth to include all kinds of websites.
